It’s an honor to be featured in D Profile magazine, which shares stories about what’s making waves in Downriver Detroit.
The recent article highlighted our major move last spring, when we transitioned our headquarters from Southgate to Wyandotte. This strategic relocation was a step toward accommodating our growing business—and a reflection of our commitment to the Downriver area.
Highlights from the article include:
Expanding Our Reach
Our new headquarters in Wyandotte isn’t just a change of address; it’s a symbol of our growth and dedication. Alongside this primary office, Epic Property Management operates three additional offices in Toledo, Dearborn Heights, and Shelby Township.
Moving our headquarters to Wyandotte has not only helped us enhance our services but also contributed significantly to the local economy by creating about a dozen new jobs in the Downriver community.
A Downriver-Focused Approach
Our founder, Josh Sterling, consistently emphasizes our Downriver-centric vision. When speaking with D Profile for the story, he remarked on the significance of the new building and its role in bringing new construction to Eureka Road—a first in over forty years.
“We’ve always been Downriver-focused,” Sterling explained for the article. “Our business model is simple yet effective: provide top-notch properties, maintain them with utmost professionalism, and offer them at fair market prices. Our new office is a testament to this commitment.”
Elevating Living Standards
In a time when rental prices are soaring, our aim is to balance affordability with quality. We have undertaken extensive remodeling of nearly every Downriver property under our management, infusing them with modern amenities like
- Granite countertops
- Stainless steel appliances
- New light fixtures
- Six-panel doors
- Elegant hardwood flooring
- And more
Our goal is to enhance the living experience while keeping our properties financially accessible to the community we call home.
Looking Ahead
The journey of Epic Property Management in Wyandotte and the broader Downriver community is just beginning. We’re excited about the future and committed to continuing our positive impact on the region.
