Epic Property Management is a fast-paced property management company located in Wyandotte, MI. We are looking for a full-time employee to handle the cleaning of vacant apartments and houses in the downriver area. -Compensation to start at $17/hour -Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm – Total of 40 hours per week - Use of Personal Vehicle for Commuting to Location (Weekly Gas Allowance Provided) The Epic Employee Advantage:

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of common areas at apartment buildings
• Cleaning interiors of houses and apartments to ready them for listing
• Occasional light exterior clean-up
