Instructions Application will be reviewed upon submission. If approved, you may be offered an opportunity to lease the property. At that point, if you would like to lease the property, a $250 earnest money deposit will be due in order to remove the property from the market. This will be applied towards your security deposit; however, it will be non-refundable if you later decide not to lease the property.
The remainder of the security deposit will be due upon lease signing, which will occur at least one week prior to your move-in date.
The first month’s rent, or any pro-rated rent, will be due upon your move-in date.
